For high season tours (June-September), we recommend booking 4-6 months in advance. For Northern Lights tours during peak season (December-March), booking 6-8 months ahead is advised. For other times of year, 2-3 months notice is usually sufficient, though last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability.
Cancellations made 30+ days before tour date receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations 15-29 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
Our tours range from easy (accessible to most) to challenging (requiring good fitness and some experience). Each tour description includes a difficulty rating to help you choose the right adventure.
